Prolific

Human beings. Is there anything on earth that this prolific species hasn’t laid its hands on?

Rather

There are days when I’d rather be anywhere but wherever I am; but mostly, I’d rather be in the calming company of Nature..

Weathered

Does photographing architecture of times past give us a glimpse into the lives of the people in those times? Not really, or at least not completely, given that the history left behind for us is selective. It doesn’t take away from the wonders of architecture, though! 

Resolutions

It’s time for New Year resolutions again. Not the ones that fizzle before January ends 😉 — the ones that we’ll work on to help us grow, the ones that are less grand and more achievable, the ones with a plan. The ones that, in retrospect, will seem like the dawn of a beautiful day.

Elemental

There’s just something that connects one to the elements when strolling along a riverbank (or a lake in this case), watching clouds play in a fiery sky, with the breeze in your hair.

Patch after patch of vivid colors are a feast to the eyes. If you peel your eyes away from this wondrous view, the faraway mountains and dreary sky paint a contrasting picture. And in between the two, the people, the buildings and the trees.

Silver linings

Sunset walk by a quiet lake, with the breeze blowing in your hair, hills looming in the distance, and the sky filled with silver-lined clouds as far as you can see. A wonderful ambience, and an instant pick-me-up!
