Even a seemingly bland sunset on a cloudy day is worth admiring, isn’t it?
I never get tired of clicking sunsets. Here’s one from Lake Tahoe, with a shining sun peeping from behind clouds that were trying to block its view of the boats.
The sun, just before it was done for the day.

Sunset, and the edge of a cliff that houses a temple. At Uluwatu, Bali..
I’ll admit it — I’m not a morning person. When I was little, I hated our Indian ceremonies because most of them involved getting up early, and I used to wear a grumpy face for hours after being forced to wake up at sunrise. I don’t get as grumpy these days (at least after I’ve had my morning cuppa) but I still prefer not to wake up early unless there’s an absolute need for it. As a result, I’ve clicked loads of sunset photographs but precious few sunrise ones. And precious they are, at least to me, precisely because of that reason. 🙂 I clicked the photograph here during a road trip, and I learned that the Sun rises as fast as it sets. 😛
