Our ancestral house in my hometown has a fairly large front yard. When I was a kid, this yard had a few trees in it, but these days, it is very much in disuse. I’d ended up clicking photographs of the yard during one of my visits to the place, and this is one of them. I like that the abundance of trees outside the yard adds to the atmosphere.
I’m submitting the photograph to this week’s Monochrome Madness, which Leanne Cole hosts on her blog; she will publish her post on Wednesday. Also, Sylvain Landry’s SL Week has the theme ‘Night‘ for this week, so I’m also submitting it there.
very dark feelings in this photo… I like that … well done
